Roles
You are the controller of personal data you put into the platform; Dalysie is the processor, acting on your documented instructions.
Data residency
Customer data is hosted and processed in the EU (Microsoft Azure, Sweden Central).
Sub-processors
We use a limited set of vetted sub-processors (including Microsoft Azure). A current list is available on request.
Security
We maintain technical and organisational measures including encryption, RBAC, tamper-evident audit logging and access reviews. See our security page.
